When I started to experiment with Scrum with software, firmware and electronics in the same team 2012 the term "Scrum for hardware" had zero search hits. Things have happened since and I have learned a lot on the way both from my own experiments, but mainly by listenening to the pratical experiences my collegues and other like-minded have collected during the years.
