Sven has held leading positions at various levels and is an experienced line manager and change agent. He first came across agile development practices in 2006 and has since strived to make organizations benefit from those.

Sven comes from an Electrical Engineering background and apart from hands-on Agile leadership experiences he is a Certified SAFe Agilist and a Professional Scrum Master I

When out-of-office Sven enjoys spending time with family and friends. Music and playing the trumpet in different bands is a hobby he enjoys very much.
